October 2015

Our “Managing Staff & Self Work Life Balance”module is one of our more popular modules on our Success Programme.

This module aims to put the imbalance of work and life backin to your hands where you finally get to manage and enjoy both aspects jointly. Career fits in to life and not the other way around.

With added pressures on business to change, keep staff engaged, motivated and at the level you need, we have developed a new style of management/employee development programme that measures return on investment quickly for both employer and employee benefit where ‘value added’ is embedded from the outset in each module.

This programme provides managers with the pivotal skills and supports to enable them to manage themselves, their workload, employees and their manager(s) effectively in a modern business environment for both personal and professional benefit.
