The Online Success 4 Teens Ireland Programme teaches and empowers Irish teens to use numerous coaching methods and life skills to help them lead a successful life personally, academically and professionally.
Teens on the programme learn new skills that they can use to handle challenges they are facing now or will face in the future. We teach them methods to cope with issues such as stress in school, relationship problems, family issues, mental health problems, lack of motivation, procrastination and much more.
Teens on the Success 4 Teens Programme will not only see improvements in their lives while completing the online classes but will continue to make improvements long after the classes have finished.

Delivery Method:
We will be delivering our Success 4 Teens Ireland Programme online using our learning management system. Participants will be able to attend the classes from the comfort of their own homes via the internet. Teens can use a mobile phone, tablet or laptop to attend. No matter where you are in the country you can benefit from our Success 4 Teens Programme. A limited number of participants will be allowed to sign up to each programme to ensure everyone can have their voice heard.
Suitable For:
Teens aged between 13 & 19. If your teen needs some extra guidance or is struggling with problems like stress, mental health, relationships or study this programme is perfect for them. We will teach them life skills to prepare them for the future and healthy coping methods to help them handle issues they are currently facing.

The Online Success 4 Teens Ireland Programme takes place over the course of 4 weeks. There is one class a week and each class lasts 2 hours. Each 2 hour class covers three 30 minute modules and includes two 10 minute breaks between modules and a period at the end for participants to ask our trainer any questions. 5 Steps to Success Coaching Methodology
Our coaching methodology; “5 Steps to Success” is used extensively throughout the Programme to teach our participants lasting methods on how to handle their problems.
1.) Develop the ability to Cope better with being a teenager.
2.) Adapt a different mind-set to what’s going on around them; thoughts, actions and responses with others including themselves.
3.) Improve multiple skills by developing plans for each aspect of their lives including academic, family, friends and hobbies.
4.) Maintain focus, performance, motivation and attention to what’s in their control and new habits.
5.) Develop a plan that allows them to Enjoy a combination of academic, family, friends and self environment quickly and consistently.
